"Give me two or three things that should be in a bill that you could vote for if you were me," said Brown to the audience. One man shouted back, "preexisting conditions."

Brown told the people their voices are being heard and promised she would bring their recommendations to Washington so lawmakers can soon get a bill signed.

"It should be a bipartisan bill," said Brown. "There should be something in there for everyone."
